The walls are fitted with studwork and insulated using 50mm Dritherm Earthwool, while the ceiling features 100mm Dritherm loft insulation. All surfaces are boarded with 11mm OSB and bespoke panelling, giving the room a warm, rustic aesthetic. The floor is upgraded with high-quality laminate in a graphite teak finish.
Electrically, the unit features industrial-style galvanised trunking with surface-mounted wiring. The electrical installation includes 3 LED pendant lights and 4 twin 13A power sockets – ready to plug in your devices or lighting.
The unit also includes a sliding UPVC door for easy access and natural light. A full external respray is included and can be customised with your choice of RAL colour.
