Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy sets out your rights regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds when you purchase products or services from LOGISTIC ADRIANO LTD via www.logisticuk.com.

1. Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Consumers)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your online order within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must contact us in writing within the cancellation period by email at info@logisticuk.com. You then have another 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • Item must be in its original packaging (if applicable).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or are returned outside of the return window.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Perishable or time-sensitive goods.
  • Custom-made or personalised items.
  • Sealed goods which have been opened (e.g., hygiene-related products).
  • Services that have already been performed in full.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photographs of the defect, packaging, and shipping label. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.

For faulty goods, we comply with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. How to Return Items

To return an item, please email info@logisticuk.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

6. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable (except where the entire order is cancelled or returned under your legal rights).
  • If you return only part of an order, you will not be refunded any delivery charges.
  • If the item was returned late or damaged, a partial refund may apply.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at info@logisticuk.com.

9. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery address and shown at checkout before payment. Charges may vary by region, weight, and speed of service selected. We do not refund delivery charges unless required by law.
